Partner Spotlight: Front Porch Alliance

From three volunteers knocking on doors in 1999 to a thriving, multi-program agency today, Front Porch Alliance is transforming lives on Kansas City’s East Side.

For more than a decade, Encore has partnered with this human services organization, helping to secure funding, strengthen leadership, and plan for growth. The result? A budget four times larger, a team that’s grown from one to nearly 20, and even more families receiving the relationship-based support they need to thrive.
